You keep ownership of files you open or create. You are responsible for having the rights to edit and export that content. Do not use Photoemu to process illegal material or to infringe others’ rights.

- Do not attack, scrape abusively, or disrupt the service
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Do not use the service in violation of applicable law
Accounts
Optional Google sign-in is provided for convenience features. You must keep your Google account secure. We may suspend access that appears abusive or fraudulent.
Ads and third parties
The site may show advertisements and load third-party scripts (for example analytics and ads). Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
Fonts and templates
The hosted editor includes a curated pack of open web fonts and generated templates for convenience. Availability of every typeface from the full catalog is not guaranteed for every document.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photoemu and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from use of the service. Always keep your own backups.
